- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: red pepper flakes or lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet: Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare asparagus: Place trimmed asparagus on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly and arrange in a single layer.
- Bake: Bake for 10 minutes, then add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with red pepper flakes or lemon zest if desired and serve warm.
