  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Optional topping:

  • fruit compote
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan and bake.
  3. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, add sour cream, sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, and salt. Pour into the crust.

  5. Chill: Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Top as desired.
