- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan and bake.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, add sour cream, sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, and salt. Pour into the crust.
- Bake: for 25–30 minutes until just set. Cool in the oven with the door cracked open.
- Chill: Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Top as desired.
