Cheese Puffs:
- 1 package frozen cheese puffs or gougères (about 24 pieces, or homemade if preferred)
Mini Burger Patties:
- 1/2 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese (cut into small squares)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 12 small lettuce leaves
- 12 slices tomato or pickles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the Cheese Puffs: Preheat the oven and bake the cheese puffs according to package directions, or prepare homemade gougères.
- Cook the Mini Burger Patties: Mix the ground meat with seasonings, shape into patties, cook until done, and melt cheese on top.
- Prepare the Slider Sauce: Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Assemble the Sliders: Slice the cheese puffs, spread sauce, add lettuce, tomato or pickles, a mini patty, and the top half of the puff.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!

- You can substitute the beef with grilled chicken or veggie patties.
- For an extra kick, add a slice of jalapeño or drizzle with hot sauce.
