Naan Pizza:
- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1/2 cup pesto or olive oil (for base)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the naan: Place naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread each piece with a thin layer of pesto or brush lightly with olive oil.
