Chocolate Topping:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in 1 cup of Butterfinger pieces. Pour into crust and bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
