Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Cooked Lobster Meat:

1 pound, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Fresh Chives:

2 tablespoons, chopped

Lemon Wedges:

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Brown Butter: Melt butter in a skillet until golden brown. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, then pour in wine and lemon juice. Add lemon zest, heavy cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add Lobster: Cook lobster in the sauce for 2–3 minutes. Toss in pasta, adding reserved water until coated.
  4. Finish: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chives, and serve with lemon wedges.
