  • 2 tablespoons water

Vegetables:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)

Instructions
