Biscuits:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Fillings:
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 sausage patties or cooked bacon strips
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking
- Optional toppings: sliced avocado, tomato, or hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the biscuit dough, flatten, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake as per package instructions.
- Cook Fillings: Cook sausage or bacon in a skillet until done. In another pan, cook eggs to preference.
- Assemble: Split biscuits, layer with cheese, sausage or bacon, and eggs. Add optional toppings and top with the other biscuit half. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use plant-based sausage and vegan cheese for a vegetarian version.
