Description

Biscuits:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Fillings:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 sausage patties or cooked bacon strips
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking
  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, tomato, or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the biscuit dough, flatten, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake as per package instructions.
  2. Cook Fillings: Cook sausage or bacon in a skillet until done. In another pan, cook eggs to preference.
  3. Assemble: Split biscuits, layer with cheese, sausage or bacon, and eggs. Add optional toppings and top with the other biscuit half. Serve warm.
