Instructions
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Blend in Wet Ingredients: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Add Mix-Ins: Fold in the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Line basket with parchment paper. Scoop dough into balls, place in the basket, flatten slightly. Air fry at 300°F for 7–9 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let cookies cool in the basket for 3–5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
