  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (plus more for serving)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken cutlets in a bowl or zip-top bag and coat with Caesar dressing. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 8 hours).
  2. Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Remove each piece of chicken from the marinade and press into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
