Ingredients for Air Fryer Chicken Caesar Cutlets:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (plus more for serving)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- optional: chopped romaine, extra Parmesan, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken cutlets in a bowl or zip-top bag and coat with Caesar dressing. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 8 hours).
- Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Coat the Chicken: Remove each piece of chicken from the marinade and press into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange chicken cutlets in a single layer and spray the tops with more oil. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve: Serve over chopped romaine with additional Caesar dressing, more Parmesan, and lemon wedges if desired.
