  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce (plus more for serving)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form Balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls.
